Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the service was quite helpful when we had issues, and the beach access was a big plus, I was disappointed with the misleading room description and the dining experience. The location was decent but a bit further from the main spots than I had anticipated.
I had a decent experience at this hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms that made for a pleasant stay. However, I found the price to be a bit high for the island, and the service left something to be desired, particularly in the restaurant. The hotel is situated quite well, close to the beach, but I did notice some disruptions during my last night due to nearby verbal disputes.
Overall, my stay was quite pleasant thanks to the beautiful views from my room and the comfortable bed. However, I did find the bathroom layout in the Presidential Suite a bit strange, and the service could use some improvement in organization. The location was decent, just a short walk to town, making it convenient for exploring. The dining options were also limited, especially when it came to breakfast. Still, the value for money was fair given the overall experience.
The hotel offers spacious and beautiful rooms that are well built, but they didn't quite meet my expectations for a 5-star experience. While the service was helpful and particularly great thanks to Gabriel, it was a bit slow at times. The location was decent, a short walk from the city square, but lacked charm. The dining, especially breakfast, was quite disappointing with limited options. Overall, it's a nice place, but a few upgrades could make it stand out more.
I had a stay that offered both beautiful views and a solid range of services, but there were a few hiccups along the way. The room was more of a duplex with an ocean view than the advertised pool view, which was a slight disappointment. While the staff was pretty helpful and friendly, the dining experience left a lot to be desired with limited options and some issues with our shower. Overall, the value for the price we paid felt a bit lacking, especially when it came to dining.
